There is a drastic change in the pattern of leadership today. Previous hierarchy and superstar mentalities are fading away and being replaced with the true pattern of God. No longer can leaders get away with not practicing that which they preach and expect from the sheep. God’s pattern for true leadership is found in the example of the apostle Paul with the early Church. This pattern is true fathers being raised up in the family of God.
